Internship Program

The internship year is a mandatory component of the student’s academic and clinical training, and it is considered an essential requirement for graduation in health-related fields, including the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program. During this year, dental interns are given the opportunity to acquire the necessary clinical experience and skills, allowing them to refine the scientific and practical competencies gained throughout their coursework. Interns are exposed to a wide variety of clinical cases across different dental specialties. Their clinical practice is conducted under the supervision of distinguished dental professionals, who provide scientific guidance based on extensive practical experience. Interns complete their training under the supervision of specialized dentists in governmental hospitals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
